Position Overview

Chief Executive Officer - CEO

Mid-sized ($60MM) North American based outsourced services provider to the Oil & Gas Industry seeks an experienced senior level leader to formulate & implement strategic initiatives designed to grow company to the next level. 


Summary


We have been retained by the Board of Directors to identify the right CEO for this exciting opportunity.  The company is a closely held, but rapidly growing company that is well positioned for increased profitability and is poised to grow both organically and through entry into new markets and possibly acquisition with the leadership of the right CEO. The company has a robust service offering, blue chip client base and is poised for scale and growth.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for leading the Company’s overall strategic direction, profitability, customer acquisition efforts, operations, budgeting process, financial performance and customer service. He/she must drive results and accountability through the executive leadership team and the entire organization.

Job Description


·         Develop a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives.
·         Promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.
·         Personally manage significant customer relationships.
·         Evaluating and establishing marketing and sales channels to drive increased profitability.
·         Relocating Corporate HQ, if it is deemed to be appropriate.
·         Establishing & implementing standard policies & procedures. 
·         Defining and ensuring the execution of day-to-day operational objectives
·         Recruit, Mentor, and Develop associates to raise the Talent level within.
·         Developing, building, and growing a high performance team for world class execution
·         Delivering target results
 
Requirements Include


·         Minimum of 15 years of progressive, proven experience. 
·         Previous tenure as a CEO or President with full P&L responsibility.
·         Substantial early career experience in Sales and Marketing Leadership.
·         An undergraduate degree; MBA preferred
·         Experience managing/growing client relationships at the executive level.
·         Experience running closely held private companies. 
·         Experience with PE groups and understands the importance of the “exit”.
·         Demonstrated & verifiable track record of success.
·         Strong Interpersonal skill set.
