We are a boutique recruitment firm specializing in various niches within the Financial Services industry. We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter for our Mortgage Banking team.  While Mortgage industry experience isn’t mandatory, Recruiting experience is.  This is a virtually based position and is available immediately. As a Recruiter on our team, you will be responsible for recruiting talented individuals for openings we have developed.  We recruit mortgage and banking talent and much more for some of the most respected and admired companies in the Industry. The Executive Recruiter will develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal management/decision makers in the company with a bottom line result of recruiting and identifying the best candidates possible for a multitude of openings. This is a remote position!

DUTIES 
  • Mid-Level Recruiter to work from home/virtual office to recruit for contract positions at our direct clients (Major Investment Banks and Mortgage Institutions)
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified talent and assist management with creating job descriptions for newly opened/created positions. 
  • Source, evaluate, and review potential candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking sites and internal Applicant Tracking System, etc. 
  • Use your sales skills to interview prospective candidates via phone/skype to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements. 
  • Be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent for a variety of skillsets to submit to current and future requisitions including maintaining all job postings on multiple sites.
  • Should have 2-4 years of experience as a corporate recruiter. 
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry will be given priority consideration. 
  • Knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing skill sets, legal, job analysis for posting, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence. This also includes developing relationships with referral sources both internally and externally.
  • Must be able to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible 
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems within a matrix environment is preferred. 
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Prepare regular reports for management team updates
  • Moving candidates through the interview process expediently
  • Maintaining candidate database and updating pipeline daily
  • Managing engagement phase to keep candidates motivated and on track to complete licensing 
  • Assisting with new advisor orientation and training program
  • Maintaining inventory of recruiting literature and material
Job Requirements
  • College degree 
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in mortgage or financial industries
  • Must pass a criminal history and credit background check
  • Ability to travel locally, if required, to attend industry events 
  • Minimum travel to attend selected presentations or meetings to interview candidates 
  • Articulate and persuasive communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Competitive with the willingness to think outside the box and explore a new field
  • Ability to prioritize throughout the day and work in a multi-faceted environment
  • Excellent computer skills and quick to learn new systems
  • Natural ability to explore, source, and try new ideas
  • Open to working in a commission environment (full training provided)

We pay generous commissions and those who can produce will easily earn a six figure income.
